บทคัดย่อ (TH) : 

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาสื่อการเรียนการสอนมัลติมีเดีย เรื่อง สวัสดีอาเซียน
ตามแนวคิดทฤษฎีพฤติกรรมนิยม ที่มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 2) เพื่อศึกษาดัชนีประสิทธิผลของการเรียนด้วยสื่อการเรียนการสอนมัลติมีเดีย และ 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยสื่อการเรียนการสอนมัลติมีเดียกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้เป็นนักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนไทยรัฐวิทยา 72 (เทศบาล 8) ในสังกัดสำนักการศึกษาเทศบาลนครอุดรธานี ได้มาโดยใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ 1) สื่อการเรียนการสอนมัลติมีเดีย เรื่อง สวัสดีอาเซียน
2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน เรื่อง อาเซียนศึกษา ซึ่งมีความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.85
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) สื่อการเรียนการสอนมัลติมีเดีย เรื่อง สวัสดีอาเซียน ตามแนวคิดทฤษฎีพฤติกรรมนิยมมีประสิทธิภาพ 80.50/80.67 เป็นตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ 80/80 2) สื่อการเรียนการสอนมัลติมีเดียมีค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผล เท่ากับ 0.61 และ 3) นักเรียนที่ได้รับการสอนโดยใช้สื่อการเรียนการสอนมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Abstract : 

The purposes of this study were 1) to develop instruction at multimedia based on the theory of behaviorism on the topic “Hello ASEAN” with the efficiency standard criterion at 80/80, 2) to study the effectiveness Index (E.I.) of the developed instructional media in multimedia program, and 3) to compare the pretest and post-test scores of the students who studied with the developed instruction multimedia. The sample consisted of 30 grade six students in the second semester of the academic year 2014 at Thairuthwittaya 72 (Tesaban 8) School under Nakhon Udon Thani Municipality Educational Office. They were selected using a simple random sampling method. The instruments used in this research were 1) a developed multimedia instruction and 2) a learning achievement test with a reliability at 0.85.
Results of the research found that. 1) The developed instruction multimedia had an efficiency rate at 80.50/80.67. 2) the instruction at multimedia had an effectiveness index of 0.61. 3) the students showed gains in learning achievement from before learning via the developed multimedia at the .05 level of significance.
