บทคัดย่อ (TH) : 

งานวิจัยเรื่องการพัฒนาระบบจัดการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ในครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาและประเมินประสิทธิภาพระบบ โดยทำการพัฒนาและทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของระบบในด้านปฏิบัติการระบบ ส่วนต่อประสาน เทคนิคการออกแบบและความคิดเห็นต่อระบบ กับผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 5 ท่าน โดยวิธีการเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบ สถิติที่ใช้คือค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการทดสอบพบว่า ประสิทธิภาพของระบบทุกด้านเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านที่มีคะแนนสูงสุดคือด้านความคิดเห็นต่อระบบ และด้านเทคนิคการออกแบบ

Abstract : 

The research on the development of online learning management system aims to improve and evaluate the system efficiency by developing and testing the efficiency of systems in system operations, interfaces, design techniques, and system estimations; using specific means by five specialists. The tool used in the research is the system efficiency evaluation form. The statistic means are the average and the standard deviation.
The testing results show that the overall system efficiency is in high level. By evaluating each system, the efficiencies of system estimations and design techniques receive the highest score.
