บทคัดย่อ (TH) : 

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาสื่อการเรียนการสอนมัลติมีเดีย เรื่อง สวัสดีอาเซียน ตามแนวคิดทฤษฎีพฤติกรรมนิยม ที่มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 2) เพื่อศึกษาดัชนีประสิทธิผลของสื่อการเรียนการสอนมัลติมีเดีย และ 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยสื่อการเรียนการสอนมัลติมีเดียกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้เป็นนักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนไทยรัฐวิทยา 72 (เทศบาล 8) ในสังกัดสำนักการศึกษาเทศบาลนครอุดรธานี ได้มาโดยใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ1) สื่อการเรียนการสอนมัลติมีเดีย เรื่อง สวัสดีอาเซียน 2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน เรื่อง อาเซียนศึกษา มีความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.85
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) สื่อการเรียนการสอนมัลติมีเดีย เรื่อง สวัสดีอาเซียน ตามแนวคิดทฤษฎีพฤติกรรมนิยมมีประสิทธิภาพ 80.50/80.67 เป็นตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ 80/80 2) สื่อการเรียนการสอนมัลติมีเดียมีค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผล เท่ากับ 0.61 มีค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผลมากกว่า 0.5 และ 3) นักเรียนที่ได้รับการสอนโดยใช้สื่อการเรียนการสอนมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Abstract : 

The purposes of this study were 1) to develop instruction multimedia according to the theory of behaviorism on the topic “Hello ASEAN” with the efficiency standard criterion at 80/80, 2) to study the effectiveness Index (E.I.) of the developed instruction media in multimedia program, and 3) to compare the pretest scores and the post-test scores of the students who studied with the developed instruction multimedia. The samples were 30 sixth-grade students who studied in the second semester of the academic year 2014 at Thairuthwittaya 72 (Tesaban 8) School under Nakhon Udon Thani Municipality Educational Office. They were chosen by a simple random sampling method. The instruments used in this research were 1) the instruction multimedia developed and 2) a leaning achievement test with reliability at 0.85.
Results of the research were as follows. 1) The instruction multimedia had an efficiency rate at 80.50/80.67. This was consistent with the 80/80 standard criterion. 2) The instruction multimedia had the E.I. at 0.61, more than 0.5. 3.) The students learned by using the instruction multimedia had post-test scores higher than the pre-test score with a statistical significance level at .05.
