บทคัดย่อ (TH) : 

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาระบบประกันภัยที่อยู่อาศัยออนไลน์ กรณีศึกษาธนาคารอาคารสงเคราะห์ 2) ประเมินคุณภาพระบบประกันภัยที่อยู่อาศัยออนไลน์ กรณีศึกษาธนาคารอาคารสงเคราะห์ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ อาจารย์คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ เพื่อประเมินคุณภาพระบบ จำนวน 3 คน และเจ้าหน้าที่ธนาคารอาคารสงเคราะห์ จำนวน 2 คน เครื่องมือในการศึกษาได้แก่ ระบบประกันภัยที่อยู่อาศัยออนไลน์ กรณีศึกษาธนาคารอาคารสงเคราะห์ และแบบประเมินคุณภาพระบบประกันภัยที่อยู่อาศัยออนไลน์ กรณีศึกษาธนาคารอาคารสงเคราะห์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต (x ̅) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.)

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ระบบประกันภัยที่อยู่อาศัยออนไลน์ กรณีศึกษาธนาคารอาคารสงเคราะห์ สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีคุณภาพครบทุกระบบงานตามขอบเขตของการศึกษา 2) ผลการประเมินคุณภาพของระบบ มีผลประเมินโดยรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก (x ̅=4.23, S.D. = 0.28)

Abstract : 

This project has two objects. 1) Develop Development of property insurance and Housing online Government Housing Bank . 2) Estimate quality of Development of property insurance and Housing online Government Housing Bank. The target group is professor in IT faculty that good at computer the simple is 3 professors and The Government Housing Bank Udon Thani 2 people. The equipment’s are 1)Development of property insurance and Housing online Government Housing Bank 2) the test of estimate for Development of property insurance and Housing online Government Housing Bank system. The statistics used to analyze information as follow; the mean (x ̅) and standard deviation (SD.).

The results indicated that: 1) Development of property insurance and Housing online Government Housing Bank can be use with high quality 2) The result of quality system The achievement is excellent (x ̅= 423, SD. = 0.28).
