บทคัดย่อ (TH) : 

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษารูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมความคิดสร้างสรรค์
เชิงนวัตกรรม สำหรับนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา ตามกรอบแผนการศึกษาแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2560-2579 สู่การจัดการศึกษา 4.0 และ 2) ประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมความคิดสร้างสรรค์เชิงนวัตกรรม สำหรับนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา ตามกรอบแผนการศึกษาแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2560-2579
สู่การจัดการศึกษา 4.0 กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ที่สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาเอก สาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง สัมพันธ์กับสาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ จำนวน 9 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมความคิดสร้างสรรค์
เชิงนวัตกรรม สำหรับนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา ตามกรอบแผนการศึกษาแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2560-2579 สู่การจัดการศึกษา 4.0
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) รูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมความคิดสร้างสรรค์เชิงนวัตกรรม สำหรับนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา ตามกรอบแผนการศึกษาแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2560-2579 สู่การจัดการศึกษา 4.0 ประกอบไปด้วย 3 ส่วนหลัก ได้แก่ 1.1) ส่วนนโยบาย ประกอบด้วยกรอบแผนการศึกษาแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2560-2579 นโยบายประเทศไทย 4.0 และเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล 1.2) ส่วนการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมความคิดสร้างสรรค์เชิงนวัตกรรม ประกอบด้วยส่วนย่อย ได้แก่ 1.2.1) ส่วนกระบวนการ ใช้รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบโครงงาน 1.2.2) ส่วนหลักการที่นำเข้าสู่กระบวนการ ประกอบด้วย 3 หลักการ ประกอบด้วย 1.2.2.1) หลักการความคิดสร้างสรรค์ 1.2.2.2) ประเภทนวัตกรรม 1.2.2.3) กรอบการเรียนรู้ศตวรรษที่ 21 ด้านการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรม 1.3) ส่วนผลลัพธ์ ได้แก่ การจัดการศึกษา 4.0 โดยมีเป้าหมายอยู่ที่ผู้เรียน จะต้องมีคุณลักษณะ
4 ประการ ตามกรอบศตวรรษที่ 21 และ 2) ความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีต่อความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมความคิดสร้างสรรค์เชิงนวัตกรรม สำหรับนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา ตามกรอบแผนการศึกษาแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2560-2579 สู่การจัดการศึกษา 4.0 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

Abstract : 

The objectives of the research were 1) to study a model of learning activity management for improving creative innovation thinking of secondary school students based on the National Education Plan of 2017-2036 for educational management 4.0 and 2) to evaluate the appropriateness of the model for improving creative innovation thinking of secondary school students based on the National Education Plan of 2017-2036 for educational management 4.0. The target population was nine specialists who graduated a doctorate degree in Information Technology or related areas. The instrument was an evaluation form of the appropriateness for the learning management model.
The results found that: 1) The study showed that the model of learning activity management for improving creative innovation thinking of secondary school students based on the National Education Plan of 2017-2036 for educational management 4.0 consisted of three major parts: 1.1) the policies on the National Education Plan of 2017-2036, Thailand 4.0 and digital economy; 1.2) learning activity management for improving creative innovation thinking of secondary school students based on the National Education Plan of 2017-2036 for educational management 4.0 consisting of 1.2.1) a process for project based learning management, 1.2.2) three key principles: 1.2.2.1) creative thinking, 1.2.2.2 types of innovation, 1.2.2.3) the 21st century learning framework and innovation; 1.3) the four required qualities of educational management 4.0 based on the 21st century framework. 2) The overall opinion of the specialists towards the appropriateness of the learning management model for improving creative innovation thinking of secondary school students based on the National Education Plan of 2017-2036 for educational management 4.0 was at the highest level.
