บทคัดย่อ (TH) : 

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาแอพพลิเคชันคู่มือภาษาอาเซียนบนระบบปฏิบัติการแอนดรอยด์ และ
2) ประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้แอพพลิเคชันคู่มือภาษาอาเซียน กลุ่มเป้าหมาย นักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการท่องเที่ยวและการโรงแรม คณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ 30 คน ได้แก่ เครื่องมือที่ได้ใช้ ได้แก่ แอพพลิเคชันคู่มือภาษาอาเซียน และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ผลการพัฒนาระบบโปรแกรมสามารถเลือกภาษาได้ 9 ภาษา ได้แก่ พม่า กัมพูชา บรูไน อินโดนีเซีย ลาว มาเลเซีย ฟิลิปปินส์ สิงคโปร์ และเวียดนาม สามารถเลือกหมวดหมู่ได้ 6 หมวดหมู่ ได้แก่ ทักทาย อาหาร การนับเลข ช้อปปิ้ง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และการเดินทาง สามารถเล่นเสียงภาษาอาเซียน นอกจากนี้ยังสามารถค้นหาประโยคที่ต้องการได้ และ 2) ผู้ใช้มีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้งานแอพพลิเคชันของผู้ใช้งาน เรื่อง แอพพลิเคชันคู่มือภาษาอาเซียนบนระบบปฏิบัติการแอนดรอยด์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

Abstract : 

This research aimed to 1) the developed an application manual for asean languages on android and 2) study users’ satisfaction with the developed an application manual for asean languages. The sample consisted of 30 students in major Hotel and Tourism Management at the Faculty of Management Science, Rajabhat Buriram University. The statistic used were mean and standard deviation.
The finding of research results found that 1) The developed application manual could select 9 languages Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Philippine, Singapore and Vietnam, Also it could select 6 categories; greeting, food, counting, shopping, facilitators, and travel. The manual could play ASEAN languages found and could search for required sentences. and 2) the uses’ satisfaction with the developed an application manual for asean languages on android was at the most level.
