บทคัดย่อ (TH) : 

การศึกษาเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่สุดเพื่อให้ประเทศชาติเกิดความเจริญก้าวหน้าทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคมได้
อย่างมั่นคงและยั่งยืน ในอนาคตการศึกษาที่ดีและมีประสิทธิภาพจะต้องมีการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศร่วมกับเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ เช่น โทรศัพท์มือถือในการพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้เกิดการเรียนรู้ได้สูงสุด การประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศกับโทรศัพท์มือถือเพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียนเป็นการจัดการศึกษาทางไกลในรูปแบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์หรือสื่อดิจิทัล เป็นวิธีการใหม่หรือนวัตกรรมใหม่ทางการศึกษาที่มุ่งส่งเสริมผู้เรียนให้สามารถมีปฏิสัมพันธ์กับผู้สอนจากต่างสถานที่ ต่างเวลาหรือเวลาเดียวกัน สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายทางการศึกษาในยุค Thailand 4.0 แต่ต้องมีคุณลักษณะที่สอดคล้องกับการนำไปใช้ในการสร้างผลสัมฤทธิ์ในบริบทของแต่ละสถาบันการศึกษา จากการสรุปผลถึงวิธีการนี้ในต่างประเทศ พบว่า การประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศกับโทรศัพท์มือถือจะเป็นวิธีการเรียนรู้ใหม่ในอนาคตที่มีประสิทธิผลมากที่สุด อันจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้เรียน สถาบันการศึกษา สังคมและประเทศชาติต่อไป

Abstract : 

Education is the most important factor for the country to achieve sustainable economic and social stability. In the future, excellent and effective education will require the use of information technology together with tools and equipment, such as mobile phones, to develop learners to achieve maximum benefits. The application of information technology to mobile phones for the development of learners is the distance education in the form of electronic or digital media. A new or innovative approach to education that encourages learners to interact with instructors from different locations, different or in the same time, to be consistent with the educational goals of the Thailand 4.0 Era, but must also be consistent with the application of the achievement in the context of each institution. As the result of this approach in abroad, the application of information technology to mobile phones is the most effective way of a new learning in the future. This will benefit the Learner, Educational Institution, Society, and the Nation on wards.
