บทคัดย่อ (TH) : 

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบจัดการเรียนการสอนบนเฟซบุ๊ก เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้สามารถจัดการเรียนการสอนบนเฟซบุ๊กได้ ซึ่งเป็นเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ที่ได้รับความนิยมมากที่สุดในประเทศไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในงานวิจัยนี้แบ่งออกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่ทำหน้าที่ในการประเมินคุณภาพของระบบจัดการเรียนการสอนบนเฟซบุ๊ก จำนวน 5 คน และผู้ใช้เฟซบุ๊ก จำนวน 108 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบไปด้วย ระบบจัดการเรียนการสอนบนเฟซบุ๊ก, แบบประเมินคุณภาพของระบบ และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลจากการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ระบบสามารถจัดการข้อมูลสมาชิก รายวิชา บทเรียน ข้อสอบ แบบทดสอบ การประชาสัมพันธ์ และแบบฝึกหัดได้ 2) คุณภาพของระบบจัดการเรียนการสอนบนเฟซบุ๊กอยู่ในระดับมาก และ
3) ผู้ใช้มีความพึงพอใจในการใช้งานระบบจัดการเรียนการสอนบนเฟซบุ๊กในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาแล้วพบว่าผู้ใช้มีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุดในด้านความเหมาะสมของการแจ้งเตือน

Abstract : 

The objective of this research paper is to develop web base instruction system on Facebook. The system is developed for users who manage study and teaching on Facebook which is the most famous social network in Thailand. The samples in this research are divided into two groups, i.e. 5 experts for evaluating the quality of the learning management system and 108 Facebook users. The instruments consist of the system, quality questionnaire, and satisfaction questionnaire. The statistic used in this work is mean and standard deviation.
The results of this research were found that 1) the system can manage members, subject, lesson, exam, test, news, exercise, 2) the quality of learning management system on Facebook is good, and 3) the satisfaction of users is also at good level. In addition, the highest satisfaction of users is the suitability of the notification.
