บทคัดย่อ (TH) : 

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาคู่มือการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยี RMU MOOC สำหรับการเรียนการสอนแบบโครงการ 2) เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของคู่มือการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยี RMU MOOC สำหรับการเรียนการสอนแบบโครงการ และ 3) เพื่อสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีต่อคู่มือการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยี RMU MOOC สำหรับการเรียนการสอนแบบโครงการ เครื่องมือการวิจัยประกอบด้วย คู่มือการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยี RMU MOOC สำหรับการเรียนการสอนแบบโครงการ และแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีต่อคู่มือการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยี RMU MOOC สำหรับการเรียนการสอนแบบโครงการ สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) คู่มือการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยี RMU MOOC สำหรับการเรียนการสอนแบบโครงการ สำหรับหลักสูตรการสร้างสรรค์ชิ้นงานด้วยโปรแกรม Scratch เพื่อการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียนบนระบบออนไลน์ มีระยะเวลาในการอบรม 3 วัน วันละ หรือ 18 ชั่วโมง มีกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ 5 ขั้นตอน 1) การคิดและเลือกหัวข้อ 2) การวางแผนการสร้างชิ้นงาน 3) การสร้างสรรค์ชิ้นงาน 4) การนำเสนอ และ 5) การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ ผลการประเมินคู่มือมีความเหมาะสมเฉลี่ยรวมระดับมากที่สุด และผู้เรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

Abstract : 

The purposes of the research were to develop a handbook about the application of RMU MOOC information technology for project-based learning, 2) to assess the efficiency of the handbook about the application of RMU MOOC information technology for project-based learning, and 3) to conduct a survey on the opinion of the experts toward the handbook about the application of RMU MOOC information technology for project-based learning. The instrument was a handbook of about the application of RMU MOOC information technology for project-based learning, and a questionnaire. The statistics used were mean and standard deviation.
A 3-day- training course of creative tasks by “Scratch” program for online learning was organized for trainees. The findings showed that the handbook about the application of RMU MOOC information technology for project-based learning consisted of five steps 1) considering and selecting a topic, 2) planning for a task, 3) creating a task, 4) presentation, and 5) exchange of learning. The overall appropriateness of the handbook assesses by the experts was at the highest level. The overall satisfaction of the learners with the learning activities was at the highest level.
