บทคัดย่อ (TH) : 

การวิจัยนี้วีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาหลักสูตรของศูนย์การเรียนรู้ไอซีที คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม 2) เพื่อศึกษาผลการดำเนินการพัฒนาครูตามหลักสูตรของศูนย์การเรียนรู้ไอซีที คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม และ 3) เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการพัฒนาครูโดยการประยุกต์ใช้ไอซีที เพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียนและวิทยฐานะ ตามหลักสูตรของศูนย์การเรียนรู้ไอซีที คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม กลุ่มเป้าหมาย เป็นกลุ่มสำหรับการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ได้แก่ บุคลากรของศูนย์การเรียนรู้ไอซีที คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม จัดแบ่งเป็น ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 3 คน และเจ้าหน้าที่ 4 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรของศูนย์การเรียนรู้ไอซีที คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม และผลการดำเนินงานหลักสูตร
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) หลักสูตรของศูนย์การเรียนรู้ไอซีที คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคามได้การรับรองจากสำนักพัฒนาครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา (สพค.) สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน (สพฐ.) จำนวน 4 หลักสูตร โดยผู้บริหารศูนย์การเรียนรู้ไอซีที คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม ได้ออกแบบหลักสูตรทั้ง 4 หลักสูตร ให้เป็นหลักสูตรที่ต่อเนื่องกัน 2) ทุกหลักสูตร มีครูสนใจสมัครเต็มตามจำนวน และมีผู้สำรองชื่อไว้ แสดงถึงความมีประโยชน์ของหลักสูตรที่ครูสามารถนำไปในการพัฒนาได้ เมื่อพิจารณาจำนวนที่ยืนยันการเข้าร่วมอบรมผ่านระบบ พบว่า ครูส่วนหนึ่งไม่ทราบรายละเอียดเงื่อนไขการยืนยันหลังการสมัครภายใน 7 วัน ส่งผลให้เสียสิทธิ์การเข้ารับอบรม และเมื่อพิจารณาจำนวนที่เข้าร่วมอบรม พบว่า ครูส่วนหนึ่งได้ยืนยันตนในระบบแล้ว แต่ไม่เข้ารับการอบรม ส่งผลให้หน่วยฝึกอบรม มีผู้เข้ารับการอบรมไม่ครบตามจำนวน และ 3) รูปแบบการพัฒนาครูโดยการประยุกต์ใช้ไอซีที เพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียนและวิทยฐานะ ตามหลักสูตรของศูนย์การเรียนรู้ไอซีที คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม ในช่วง 2 ปี งบประมาณ ได้แก่ ในปีงบประมาณ 2560 ให้ครูดำเนินการเลือกเลือกสูตรฝึกอบรมรหัส 60982984 60982985 และ 60982988 เพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งนวัตกรรมการเรียนการสอนโดยประยุกต์ใช้ไอซีที โดยนำนวัตกรรมการเรียนการสอนที่สร้าง ไปทดลองใช้นำร่อง (try out) ในปีงบประมาณ 2560 และให้นำไปทดลองใช้จริงกับกลุ่มเป้าหมายในปีงบประมาณ 2561 ส่วนในปีงบประมาณ 2561 ให้ครูดำเนินการเลือกเลือกสูตรฝึกอบรมรหัส 60982985 60982988 และ 60982989 เพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งนวัตกรรมการเรียนการสอนโดยประยุกต์ใช้ไอซีทีต่อยอด และนำนวัตกรรมการเรียนการสอนที่สร้างต่อยอด ไปทดลองใช้นำร่อง (try out) ในปีงบประมาณ 2561 และให้นำไปทดลองใช้จริงกับกลุ่มเป้าหมายในปีงบประมาณ 2561 จากนั้นเมื่อผ่านการพัฒนาตามหลักสูตร 6982989 แล้ว ให้นำผลจากการทดลองใช้นวัตกรรมไปเขียนรายงานวิจัย และจัดทำวีดิทัศน์ และนำผลงานนั้นไปสู่การพัฒนาวิทยฐานะได้

Abstract : 

This research aims to 1) to study the curriculum of the ICT Learning Center. Faculty of information technology 2) To study the results of teacher development according to the curriculum of the ICT Learning Center. Faculty of information technology 3) To study the teacher development model by applying ICT. To develop learners and academics. According to the curriculum of the ICT Learning Center. Shows the usefulness of the curriculum that teachers can take to develop. Considering the number of attendance confirmed through the system, it was found that some teachers did not know the details of the confirmation conditions after applying within 7 days.
