บทคัดย่อ (TH) : 

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสังเคราะหระบบสารเทศเพื่อการบริหารหลักสูตรตามกรอบมาตรฐาน คุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาและศึกษาความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อการสังเคราะหระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารหลักสูตร ตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษา วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยมี 3 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 สนทนากลุ่ม ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิเพื่อสังเคราะหระบบสารสนเทศ จำนวน 10 คน โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้างศึกษาแนว ปฏิบัติและความต้องการจำเป็นในเบื้องต้น ขั้นตอนที่ 2 วิเคราะห์ความสอดคลองของแบบสอบถามการวิจัย จากกลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน
5 คน โดยวัดค่าดัชนีความสอดคลองแบบสอบถามการวิจัย ขั้นตอนที่ 3 วิเคราะห์ ความเหมาะสมของ
ผลการสังเคราะหระบบสารสนเทศตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาจากกลุม ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 10 คน โดยวัดค่าเฉลี่ยความเหมาะสมและปรับปรุงผลการสังเคราะหระบบตาม ขอเสนอแนะ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารหลักสูตรตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิมีลักษณะ บทบาทหน้าที่ และความสัมพันธ์ในการแจกจ่ายสารสนเทศ แบงออกเป็น 9 โมดูล คือ โมดูลการกำหนดสิทธิ์ ผู้ใช้งาน โมดูลการสื่อสาร โมดูลผู้สอน โมดูลผู้เรียน โมดูลผู้ประกอบการหรือพี่เลี้ยง โมดูลรายละเอียดหลักสูตร โมดูลรายละเอียดและผลการดำเนินการของรายวิชา โมดูลรายละเอียดและผลการดำเนินการของการฝึก ประสบการณภาคสนาม และโมดูลผลการดำเนินการหลักสูตร 2) ผลการวิเคราะห์ความเหมาะสมของการสังเคราะหระบบ สารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารหลักสูตรตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษา ความสมบูรณในด้านลักษณะ องค์ประกอบของระบบวัดความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ความสมบูรณในด้านความสัมพันธ์ของระบบวัดความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และความสมบูรณในด้านบทบาทหน้าที่ของระบบวัดความเหมาะสมเฉลี่ยได 4.78 ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

Abstract : 

The purposes of this research were to synthesize curriculum administration following the qualifications framework for higher education and study the opinions on synthesis of curriculum administration following the qualifications framework for higher education. The procedure of this research included 3 steps. Step 1 was the focus group by luminaries for synthesis to information system from 10 persons and used the semi-structured interviews for study the regulations and principal need assessments. Step 2 was analytical consistency of research questionnaires of 5 experts using the item objective congruence index. Step 3 was analysis of appropriate ness the synthesis by 10 experts for measure the average of appropriate ness and adjust results of synthesis the system from comments.
The findings were as follows: 1) The information system for curriculum administration following the qualifications framework for higher education in terms of characteristics, roles and relations consisted of 9 aspects : Authentication Module, Communication Module, Teacher Module, Student Module, Businessman Module, Program Specification Module, Course Specification Module, Experience Specification Module, and Learning Outcome Module. 2) The result of analytical appropriate ness of information system for curriculum administration following the qualifications framework for higher education found that characteristic appropriateness of measuring system at the highest level and the completeness of the roles of the measuring system at the highest level.
