บทคัดย่อ (TH) : 

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการฐานข้อมูลการรับสมัครบุคคลเข้าศึกษาต่อในระดับปริญญาตรี ระบบพิเศษ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม และ 2) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจในผู้ใช้เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศการจัดการฐานข้อมูลการรับสมัครบุคคลเข้าศึกษาต่อในระดับปริญญาตรี ระบบพิเศษ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ ผู้ใช้ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการฐานข้อมูลการรับสมัครบุคคลเข้าศึกษาต่อในระดับปริญญาตรี ระบบพิเศษ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม จำนวน 20 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการฐานข้อมูลการรับสมัครบุคคลเข้าศึกษาต่อในระดับปริญญาตรี ระบบพิเศษ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ได้ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการฐานข้อมูลการรับสมัครคัดเลือกบุคคลเข้าศึกษาต่อในระดับปริญญาตรี ระบบพิเศษ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม ได้แก่ ระบบบันทึกข้อมูลผู้สมัคร ระบบแก้ไขข้อมูลผู้สมัคร ระบบรายงานใบสมัคร และระบบสถิติการสมัคร 2) ผู้ใช้ระบบมีความพึงพอใจในการใช้ระบบ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ได้ค่าเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 4.59 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD.) เท่ากับ 0.26 เมื่อพิจารณารายเป็นรายข้อ พบว่า มีระดับความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด จำนวน 8 ข้อและมีระดับความพึงพอใจมาก จำนวน 4 ข้อ

Abstract : 

The purpose of this research was aimed: 1) to develop the information system for database management regarding the MSU undergraduate admission, and 2) to examine the user satisfaction with information system for the MSU undergraduate admission for the further guideline to develop database management regarding the MSU undergraduate admission. The samples included twenty participants using an information system for database management regarding the MSU undergraduate admission. The research instrument used included the MSU Undergraduate Admission Questionnaires. The statistics implemented for data analysis included mean and standard deviation.
The results demonstrated that the information system for database management regarding the MSU undergraduate admission comprising applicant records system, applicant data editing, reporting system, application form, and application statistics, and 2) the users were mostly satisfied with the information system for database management regarding the MSU undergraduate admission overall , and in each respect of areas it found that the users reported highest satisfaction with the information system for database management on eight items and the users reported considerable satisfaction the information system for database management on four items.
