บทคัดย่อ (TH) : 

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาระบบกำกับติดตามโครงการของคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม และ 2) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานระบบกำกับติดตามโครงการของคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและเจ้าหน้าที่ สังกัดคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ระบบกำกับติดตามโครงการของคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม แบบสอบถาม
ความพึงพอใจ และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ระบบกำกับติดตามโครงการคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม ประกอบด้วย 9 เมนูหลัก ได้แก่ ข้อมูลพื้นฐาน งบประมาณ โครงการ เบิกจ่าย รายงานสรุป ค้นหา คู่มือใช้งาน ติดต่อสอบถาม และออกจากระบบ ผู้ใช้งานระบบสามารถดูรายงานผลการดำเนินโครงการได้ อย่างรวดเร็วจากแผนภูมิ และผลสรุปการดำเนินโครงการเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับแผนการดำเนินการที่ได้กำหนดไว้ โดยแสดงจำนวนโครงการและร้อยละของโครงการทั้งที่ได้ดำเนินการแล้วและยังไม่ได้ดำเนินการเมื่อเทียบกับแผนการจัดโครงการที่ได้กำหนดไว้จำแนกตามช่วงระยะเวลา คือ รายปี รายไตรมาส และรายเดือน และ 2) ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก แสดงให้เห็นว่าระบบมีประสิทธิภาพตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน และสามารถนำไปใช้ในการกำกับติดตามโครงการในองค์กรได้

Abstract : 

The purposes of this research were: 1) to develop a system for monitoring the projects carried out at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Mahasarakham University, and 2) to study user satisfaction towards the system. The target group consisted of 30 suporting staff and administrators at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Mahasarakham University. The research tools comprised the project monitoring system for the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Mahasarakham University; and a user satisfaction questionnaire. The statistics used were mean and standard deviation.
The results revealed that 1) the project monitoring system implemented at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Mahasarakham University is comprised of 9 main menus: General information, Budget, Project, Disbursement, Summary Report, Search, Manual, Contact and Logout. Users can easily find project progress reports together with project summary reports in comparison with initial plans which are all demonstrated in charts. Information on the entire number of projects including the percentage of both complete and incomplete projects in comparison with initial plans are all given in the charts, which are categorized according to time dimensions—yearly, trimesterly, monthly, and 2) the overall user satisfaction was at the ‘high’ level. Thus, the system could be approved to be responsive to the users’ needs and organizationally practical.
