บทคัดย่อ (TH) : 

การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สังเคราะห์รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาสีขาวปลอดยาเสพติดและอบายมุขแบบมีส่วนร่วม 2) การพัฒนาคู่มือการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาสีขาวปลอดยาเสพติดและอบายมุขแบบมีส่วนร่วม 3) ทดลองใช้คู่มือการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาสีขาวปลอดยาเสพติดและอบายมุขแบบมีส่วนร่วม และ
4) เผยแพร่คู่มือการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาสีขาวปลอดยาเสพติดและอบายมุขแบบมีส่วนร่วม กลุ่มเป้าหมาย เป็นผู้บริหาร ครู บุคลากรทางการศึกษา และนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านหนองดู่ดอนเปือย ภาคีเครือข่าย และคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 138 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ คู่มือ แบบประเมิน แบบวัดทัศนคติ และแบบสอบถามการยอมรับคู่มือ สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาสีขาวปลอดยาเสพติดและอบายมุขแบบมีส่วนร่วม มีองค์ประกอบ 7 ส่วน ได้แก่ นโยบายภาครัฐ กระบวนการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาสีขาว หลักการทฤษฎี กรอบสถานศึกษาสีขาว ตัวชี้วัดความสำเร็จ ผู้มีส่วนร่วม และปัจจัยสู่ความสำเร็จ โดยใช้กระบวนการ 4 ขั้น คือ ขั้นวางแผน ขั้นปฏิบัติ ขั้นตรวจสอบ และขั้นสะท้อนผล ความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีต่อความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) คู่มือการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาสีขาว มีองค์ประกอบ 7 ตอน ความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีต่อความเหมาะสมของคู่มืออยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3) ทัศนคติด้านการรับรู้ต่อการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาสีขาวปลอดยาเสพติดและอบายมุขแบบมีส่วนร่วมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ทัศนคติด้านการปฏิบัติตาม การบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาสีขาวอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ผลการประเมินโครงการสถานศึกษาสีขาวอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และผลการประเมินห้องเรียนสีขาวอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 4) การยอมรับคู่มือการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาสีขาวปลอดยาเสพติดและอบายมุขแบบอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

Abstract : 

This research aimed 1) to synthesize models of participatory management for white schools without drugs, addictive substances, and gambling 2 to develop a handbook on participatory management for white schools without drugs, addictive substances and gambling, 3 to tryout the handbook on participatory management for white schools, and 4 to promote the handbook. The target population was one hundred and thirty eight participants consisting of teachers, educational personnel and students at Ban Nong Du Don Puay School, members of the networks, and school council. The instrument was an assessment form, an attitude test, and a questionnaire on acceptance of the handbook. The statistics used were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The research results showed that 1) the model of the participatory management for the white school consisted of seven components: policies, a process of white school management, concepts and theories, framework, indicators, participants and factors for the achievement. The process of white school management consisted of four steps: planning, implementing, monitoring and reflection. 2) The average appropriateness of the handbook assessed by the experts was at the highest level. 3) The overall opinion of the research participants toward the model of the participatory management as at the highest level. The overall attitude of the participants toward the participatory management for the white school was at the highest level. The overall white school project and the white classroom project assessed by the experts was at the highest level.
The overall acceptance of the participants of the handbook on the participatory management for white school was at the highest level.
