บทคัดย่อ (TH) : 

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์บนกูเกิลแมพสำหรับการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมเสมือนจริงในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช และ 2) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ที่มีต่อระบบสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์บนกูเกิลแมพสำหรับการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมเสมือนจริงในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ซึ่งกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย เยาวชน ผู้ที่สนใจทั่วไป และนักท่องเที่ยวที่เดินทางมาท่องเที่ยวในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช จำนวน 125 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วย 1) โปรแกรมการจัดการฐานข้อมูล MySQL
2) โปรแกรมภาษา PHP 3) Google Maps API และ 4) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ โดยสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์บนกูเกิลแมพสำหรับการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมเสมือนจริงในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ส่วน คือ 1.1) ส่วนของผู้ดูแลระบบสามารถจัดการข้อมูลในระบบ ตรวจสอบและเผยแพร่ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรมประเพณี 1.2) ส่วนของเจ้าหน้าที่สามารถจัดการข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรมประเพณี และ 1.3) ส่วนของผู้ใช้สามารถดูสารสนเทศเกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรมประเพณีได้ และ 2) ผลจากการศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้พบว่าความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้มีต่อระบบสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์บนกูเกิลแมพสำหรับการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมเสมือนจริงในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราชอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 4.62

Abstract : 

This study aims 1) to develop a Geographic Information System (GIS) on Google maps for virtual reality cultural tourism in Nakhon Si Thammarat province, and 2) to investigate the user satisfaction level of this geographic information system (GIS). The target group in this study was young tourists (N = 125) who visited/travelled Nakhon Si Thammarat province. The tools used were 1) MySQL database management program, 2) PHP language program, 3) Google Maps API, and 4) Questionnaire. Data were collected using questionnaires, and the tourists were asked mostly about different cultures and traditions. Afterwards the data were analyzed statistically (i.e., mean, percentage and standard deviation).
The result showed that 1) In this system, there were three important parts for administration, staff and user groups; (1) the administrators were able to manage the data as well as to check and disseminate information about different cultures and traditions, (2) the staff were able to manage information about cultures and tradition, and (3) the user groups were able to view information about different cultures and traditions, and 2) the user satisfaction level for this GIS system was very high (4.62).
