บทคัดย่อ (TH) : 

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ นำเสนอแนวทางการดำเนินงานมหาวิทยาลัยสีเขียว และแนวทางการดำเนินงานกรีนไอทีในมหาวิทยาลัย ซึ่งเป็นมาตรการหนึ่งที่จะสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานนโยบายมหาวิทยาลัยสีเขียว โดยส่งผลช่วยลดการใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้าในมหาวิทยาลัย จากการศึกษาเอกสารและงานวิจัย พบว่า การดำเนินงานมหาวิทยาลัยสีเขียว จำเป็นต้องดำเนินการในทุก ๆ มิติ หรือทุกด้าน ๆ ตามกรอบของการจัดอันดับมหาวิทยาลัย
สีเขียวของมหาวิทยาลัยทั่วโลกโดย UI Green Metric Ranking of World Universities 2012 จัดโดย University of Indonesia ได้แก่ สถานที่ตั้งและระบบสาธารณูปโภค การจัดการพลังงานและการเปลี่ยนแปลงภูมิอากาศ
การจัดการขยะ การใช้น้ำ การจัดการระบบขนส่ง และความสามารถในการให้การศึกษาด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมและการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ในส่วนของการดำเนินงานกรีนไอทีจะช่วยลดการใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้า ลดค่าใช้จ่ายขององค์กร โดยขอบข่ายการดำเนินงานจะต้องครอบคลุมทั้งในส่วนของบุคลากร หน่วยงานระดับคณะ สำนัก ศูนย์ หรือสาขา และในระดับมหาวิทยาลัย ในส่วนของการดำเนินงานจะต้องอบรมให้บุคลากรมีความรู้เรื่องกรีนไอที มีการรณรงค์ในเรื่องกรีนไอที มีการปฏิบัติตามแนวทางกรีนไอที โดยในปัจจุบันได้มีการผลิตเทคโนโลยีต่าง ๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงาน เช่น ซอฟท์แวร์ช่วยประหยัดพลังงาน การประมวลผลแบบคลาวด์ ธินไคลแอนต์ เบลดเซิร์ฟเวอร์ และเทคโนโลยีเสมือนหรือเวอร์ซวล เป็นต้น ทั้งนี้ในการดำเนินงานจะต้องเน้นการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาคมในมหาวิทยาลัย ได้แก่ บุคลากร นักศึกษา ผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจในมหาวิทยาลัย ตลอดจนชุมชนนอกมหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานมหาวิทยาลัยสีเขียว และการดำเนินงานกรีนไอที มีความยั่งยืนต่อไป

Abstract : 

The aim of the research article is to present the practical guidelines for green university management and green IT University based on the policy of green university. The policy of the green university is to reduce electricity usage in the university. According to green ranking of world universities and documentary study, the findings show that many major areas or dimensions have to be done for the green university. Green Metric Ranking of World Universities was held in Indonesia in 2012 at University of Indonesia. As a result, the criteria of green ranking of world universities focuses on eight major factors: location, public utility system, energy management and temperature change, garbage disposal, water supply, transportation system, and educational management of environment and sustainable development. Regarding green
IT Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University, the main goal of the policy focuses on reducing electricity usage and cost in the university. The scope of article area covers all faculties, divisions and offices in the university and the communities. The green IT guidelines will be implemented to the university personnel and the practical guidelines will be trained to the university personnel. Therefore, the green university project consists of green IT campaign and practical guidelines for green IT. The current support of the project is producing energy saving software, cloud data management, Thin Client, black server and virtual software. The green IT project emphasizes the participation of all stakeholders in the university for sustainability such as lecturers, supporting staff and students including people nearby the university.
