บทคัดย่อ (TH) : 

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาเว็บไซต์ศิษย์เก่ามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์และ 2) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้าชมเว็บไซต์ศิษย์เก่ามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อประสิทธิภาพของฐานข้อมูล ได้แก่ สมาชิกชมรมศิษย์เก่ามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์จำนวน 95 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ เว็บไซต์ศิษย์เก่ามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการศึกษาวิจัยพบว่า 1) เว็บไซต์ศิษย์เก่ามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์สามารถพัฒนาโดยใช้วิธีวัฏจักรการพัฒนาระบบ เอสดีแอลซี (System Development Life Cycle; SDLC) ในการวิเคราะห์ระบบและใช้โปรแกรมฐานข้อมูลมายเอสคิวแอล (My SQL) ในการเก็บข้อมูลลงเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ ผู้ใช้สามารถอ่านข้อมูลทางจอภาพเชื่อมโยงกับระบบฐานข้อมูลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของศิษย์เก่ามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ผ่านระบบอินเทอร์เน็ตข้อมูลประกอบด้วย 1) คณะ 2) สาขาวิชา 3) สมาชิกศิษย์เก่า 4) งาน 5) รายละเอียดของศิษย์เก่า 6) ข่าว ระบบสามารถบันทึก ปรับปรุง แก้ไขสืบค้น และบำรุงรักษาข้อมูลผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตมีการกำหนดสิทธิ์ในการเข้าถึงข้อมูลตามประเภทผู้ใช้ การใช้ฐานข้อมูลมีความสะดวก ง่ายต่อการติดต่อสื่อสารข้อมูลและการใช้งานสามารถสืบค้นผ่านระบบอินเทอร์เน็ตได้ตลอดเวลา 2) ผลการศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้าชมเว็บไซต์ศิษย์เก่ามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้านและเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ย 3 ลำดับแรกคือ ด้านเนื้อหา ด้านการออกแบบหน้าจอเว็บไซต์และด้านการใช้งานตามลำดับ

Abstract : 

The objectives of this research were: 1) to develop Buriram Rajabhat University (BRU) alumni website and 2) to examine the satisfaction of the website’s visitors. The target groups for assessing the satisfaction with the performance of the database included BRU alumni, Buriram Rajabhat University totally 43 persons. Research tools were Buriram Rajabhat University (BRU) alumni website and the satisfaction rating forms.. Statistics uses in the research were percentage, means and standard deviation.
The results of the study showed that 1) Buriram Rajabhat University (BRU) alumni website develop by System Development Life Cycle; SDLC and use ASD program to store data into a computer. Users can read the screen. The researcher attributes of the database can contact the electronic database of the Alumni copyrights via the Internet and composed of 1) faculty 2) majors 3) alumni members 4) work 5) alumni details 6) news. It can improve search and maintenance information via the Internet correctly defined access rights. Information on types of users Using a database with ease. Easy to communicate information and applications can be searched via the Internet at any time. The overall satisfaction of the website’s visitors was in the high level. When considering in each aspect, it was found that the satisfaction of the website’s visitors was in the high level in every aspect. The first 3 aspects sort in descending order according to their average included its content, webpage design, and application respectively.
