บทคัดย่อ (TH) : 

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาหาวิธีการพัฒนาครูในการจัดทำหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ โรงเรียนบ้านโนนราษีฝางวิทยา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคามเขต 1 2) ศึกษาผลการเรียนรู้การพัฒนาครูในการจัดทำหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และ 3) ศึกษาการเปลี่ยนแปลงพฤติกรรมของครูผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูและพนักงานราชการโรเรียนบ้านโนนราษีฝางวิทยา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคามเขต 1 จำนวน 16 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบวัดความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้ารับการอบรม แบบทดสอบความรู้ และแบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมที่เปลี่ยนไปของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม มีความพึงพอใจต่อการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการการพัฒนาครูในการจัดทำหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
2. ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยผลการทดสอบความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการจัดทำหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เท่ากับ 15.69
3. ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงการกระทำที่ดีขึ้น โดยมีการจัดทำหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ แลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ที่ได้จากการฝึกอบรมระหว่างเพื่อนครู และนำความรู้ที่ได้จากการฝึกอบรมไปใช้ในการจัดการเรียนรู้ ร้อยละ 90

Abstract : 

The research aimed to 1) study the method of teacher development on making electronic books of Bannonrasifangwitaya School under MahaSarakham Office of Primary Education at Service Area 1, 2) study the result of the teacher development and 3) study behaviors of the trained teachers. The target group consisted of 16 teachers and government employees of Bannonrasifangwitaya School. The research instruments included a questionnaire about satisfaction of the trainees, an observation form for observing the trainees’ behaviors, and knowledge questionnaire. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The results were as follows:
1. The trained sample showed satisfaction with the workshop on making electronic books at the highest level.
2. The trained sample showed knowledge-understanding about making electronic books with a mean score of 15.69.
3. The trained sample showed behaviors learning from before training. They could make electronic books, exchange their knowledge with each other and apply knowledge gained from the training to learning management at 90 percent.
