บทคัดย่อ (TH) : 

งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้โดยใช้สถานการณ์ปัญหาเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนของนักศึกษาสาขาเทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์และการสื่อสาร จำนวน 30 คน 2) สังเคราะห์กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้โดยใช้สถานการณ์ปัญหาเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชน และ 3) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมที่สังเคราะห์ขึ้น
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) นักศึกษามีความต้องการในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้โดยใช้สถานการณ์ปัญหาเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชน ในด้านสื่อและแหล่งเรียนรู้ ประกอบด้วย แหล่งเรียนรู้โดยผู้สอน และแหล่งเรียนรู้จากชุมชน ด้านกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ ประกอบด้วย ศึกษาปัญหาจากชุมชน เรียนรู้เนื้อหาจากผู้สอนค้นหาเรียนรู้จากสื่อที่จัดเตรียมไว้ร่วมวางแผนการบริการวิชาการ สรุปแผนการบริการวิชาการ นำเสนอแผนบริการวิชาการและบริการวิชาการสู่ชุมชน และ ด้านวิธีการเรียนรู้ คือ เรียนรู้แบบกลุ่ม 2) กิจกรรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วย องค์ประกอบของกิจกรรม 3 ส่วน คือ สื่อและแหล่งเรียนรู้ กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ และ เป้าหมายกิจกรรม และ 3) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้โดยใช้สถานการณ์ปัญหาเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

Abstract : 

The research aimed to 1) survey the needs for Problem-based learning for community development of 30 students majoring in computer technology and communication, 2) develop activities for problem-based learning for community development, and 3) study expert’s opinions about the developed activities.
The results showed: 1) the student showed needs for Problem-based learning activities for community development included three areas: media and other resources from the instructor and also from the community; learning activity consisted of studying a particular community, content from the learning from provided materials, participation in planning of the academic services conclusion, and presentation of the plans to the community. 2) The developed activities included 3 components: materials and resources, learning activity, and objectives, And 3) The experts showed agree with appropriateness of Problem-based learning for community development at a high level.
