บทคัดย่อ (TH) : 

การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาการ์ตูนแอนิเมชั่น 2 มิติ เรื่อง ลอยกระทง และ 2) เพื่อประเมินคุณภาพการ์ตูนแอนิเมชั่น 2 มิติ เรื่อง ลอยกระทง กลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 ท่าน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ การ์ตูนแอนิเมชั่น 2 มิติ เรื่อง ลอยกระทง และ แบบประเมินคุณภาพการ์ตูนแอนิเมชั่น 2 มิติ เรื่อง ลอยกระทง
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) การ์ตูนแอนิเมชั่น 2 มิติ เรื่อง ลอยกระทง ที่พัฒนาได้ มีความยาวประมาณ 5-6 นาที มีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรมประเพณี โดยการสอดแทรกข้อคิด คุณธรรมอันดี และปลูกจิตสำนึกในเรื่องของการรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อม 2) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเห็นว่าการ์ตูนแอนิเมชั่น 2 มิติ เรื่อง ลอยกระทงมีคุณภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract : 

The objectives for this project were 1) to develop 2D animation entitled Loy Kratong Story; and 2) to assess quality of the 2D animation. The target group included three experts. The instruments of this study were the 2D animation and the quality assessment form.
The results of the study found that the developed 1) 2D animation entitled Loy Kratong Story had the length of 7.27 minutes with its content concerning with culture and tradition by inserting nations morals and building awareness about environment censer-action. and 2) the experts rated the quality of the 2D animation at a high level.
