บทคัดย่อ (TH) : 

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ประเมินความเสี่ยงของโรงพยาบาลชะอำ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเพชรบุรี ตามหลักวิศวกรรมซอฟต์แวร์ ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ และ 2) ศึกษาการยอมรับซอฟต์แวร์ประเมิน
ความเสี่ยงของโรงพยาบาลชะอำ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ บุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องของโรงพยาบาลชะอำ อำเภอชะอำ จังหวัดเพชรบุรี จำนวน 30 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) ซอฟต์แวร์ประเมินความเสี่ยงของโรงพยาบาลชะอำ 2) แบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพซอฟต์แวร์ประเมินความเสี่ยง โรงพยาบาลชะอำ และ 3) แบบประเมินการยอมรับซอฟต์แวร์ประเมินความเสี่ยง โรงพยาบาลชะอำ สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ซอฟต์แวร์ประเมินความเสี่ยง โรงพยาบาลชะอำ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเพชรบุรีที่มี
การแสดงสัญลักษณ์แถบสีแจ้งเตือนเมื่อเกิดอุบัติการณ์ในแต่ละระดับ เพื่อให้องค์กรเตรียมหามาตรการป้องกันได้
ทันต่อสถานการณ์งานวิจัยในขั้นต่อไป คือ การพัฒนาระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจงานมาตรการป้องกันเพื่อ
เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพงานบริหารความเสี่ยงได้อย่างถูกต้องรวดเร็ว 2) ประสิทธิภาพของซอฟต์แวร์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ 3) การยอมรับซอฟต์แวร์โดยผู้ใช้งานโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

Abstract : 

This research aimed 1) to develop an incident risk assessment software application of Cha-am hospital in Cha-am District, Phetchaburi with the efficiency; and 2) to study the acceptance of the software. The target group consisted of 30 personals associated of Cha-am hospital in Cha-am District, Phetchaburi. The research instruments were 1) a risk assessment software application of Cha-am hospital 2) questionnaire about people’s opinions and 3) an acceptance form. The data was analyzed using percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The research finding showed that 1) the risk assessment software can visualize the results of risk assessment using colors, monitor the incidents and the level of risk exposure. This enables the hospital to deal with the encountering incidents in time and prepare and plan for the preventive and corrective measures for the possible incidents in the future. Future work is to integrate this system with the development of decision support system, which would enhance the risk management rapidly and efficiently. 2) The efficiency was at the highest level. And 3) the users showed acceptance of the software was at the highest level.
