บทคัดย่อ (TH) : 

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อมในเขตป่าสงวนแห่งชาติเซเปียน เมืองปะทุมพอน แขวงจำปาสัก สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 368 คน กำหนดขนาดโดยใช้สูตร Yamane ที่ความเชื่อมั่น 95% และสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ประชาชนส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุระหว่าง 41-50 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ประกอบอาชีพเกษตรกรรมและประมง รายได้ต่อเดือนต่ำกว่า 10,000 บาท 2) การมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อมในเขตป่าสงวนแห่งชาติเซเปียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน การมีส่วนร่วมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ได้แก่ การตัดสินใจและลงประชามติในการดำเนินกิจกรรมโครงการ และการปลูกต้นไม้และปรับปรุงสิ่งแวดล้อมโดยทั่วไปในบริเวณแหล่งท่องเที่ยวในป่าสงวนแห่งชาติ การมีส่วนร่วมอยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ การเสนอแนะแนวทางแก้ปัญหาสภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมในป่าสงวนแห่งชาติ การให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับชุมชนแก่เจ้าหน้าที่เพื่อประโยชน์ในการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมป่าสงวนแห่งชาติ และการประชุมเสนอปัญหาและความต้องการของชุมชนในการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมในเขตป่าสงวนแห่งชาติ ส่วนการมีส่วนร่วมในระดับน้อย ได้แก่ การรับผลประโยชน์จากกิจกรรมอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อมในเขตป่าสงวนแห่งชาติ การติดตาม ตรวจตรา ลาดตระเวนป้องกันและรักษาทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อมในเขตป่าสงวนแห่งชาติ และการประเมินผลติดตามสภาพทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อมในเขตป่าสงวนแห่งชาติ ประจำปี

Abstract : 

This research aimed to study people’s participation in natural resources and environment conservation in Sephien national forest area, Pathumpon district, Champasak province, Lao People’s Democratic Republic. The samples were 368 with Yamane sample size formula and a cluster random sampling technique. The questionnaire was used to collect data. A percentage, a mean, and a standard deviation were employed to analyze data. It found that: 1) People mostly were male, aged 41-50, finishing a bachelor degree, being agriculturists and fishermen, including monthly income at 1,000 baht. 2) People’s participation in natural resources and environment conservation in Sephien national forest area, Pathumpon district as a whole was at the moderate level; participation at the highest level as in decision making and consensus decision-making on projects or activities, and in planting and improving tourist site environment in Saphien national forest area, participation at the high level as in suggesting problem solving national forest guidelines and giving authorities some useful community data for environment conservation, and attending meeting to propose community problems and needs of environment conservation, whereas a participation at the low level as in gaining benefits from natural resources and environment conservation activities, protecting and conserving, including evaluating annually.
