บทคัดย่อ (TH) : 

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาบทเรียนแสวงรู้บนเว็บที่ส่งเสริมความสามารถในการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ เรื่อง กฎหมายใกล้ตัว 2) เพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพของบทเรียนแสวงรู้บนเว็บตามเกณฑ์ของเมกุยแกนส์
3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับความสามารถในการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนของผู้เรียน 4) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนของผู้เรียนและ 5) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียน
ที่มีต่อบทเรียนแสวงรู้บนเว็บ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนบ้านดงบัง (พิกุลศึกษาคาร) จำนวน 30 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจงเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ บทเรียนแสวงรู้บนเว็บ แบบประเมินคุณภาพบทเรียนแสวงรู้บนเว็บแบบทดสอบวัดความสามารถในการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนและแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) บทเรียนแสวงรู้บนเว็บที่ยกระดับความสามารถในการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ มีลักษณะเป็นขั้นตอน และเพิ่มกิจกรรมที่ฝึกฝนให้ผู้เรียนเกิดกระบวนการคิดในขั้นภาระงานและขั้นกระบวนการ มีผลการประเมินคุณภาพบทเรียนแสวงรู้บนเว็บโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญอยู่ในระดับเหมาะสมมาก 2) บทเรียนแสวงรู้บนเว็บมีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ของเมกุยแกนส์ มีค่าเท่ากับ 1.44 3) นักเรียนมีความสามารถในการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 4) นักเรียนมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ 5) นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการเรียนด้วยบทเรียนแสวงรู้บนเว็บอยู่ในระดับพึงพอใจมาก

Abstract : 

The research objectives were 1) to develop the Webquest to enhance critical thinking abilities entitled laws for people, 2) to study the efficiency of Webquest based on Meguigans Ratio, 3) to compare the critical thinking abilities of students before and after learning, 4) to compare learning achievement of students before and after learning, and 5) to study satisfaction of students with using the Webquest. The sample consisted of 30 Matthayomsuksa 1 students at BanDongbang (Pikolsuksakan) School, selected using the purposive sampling technique. The instruments used in the research were the Webquest, a Webquest quality evaluation form, a critical thinking ability test, a learning achievement test and a satisfaction questionnaire.
The results of this research indicated that 1) the Webquest to enhance critical thinking abilities’ had contents of any lessons presented orderly and had additional activities for the students to practice the process of thinking in Task and Process steps. The experts’ evaluated at a high level. 2) The Webquest had an efficiency of 1.44 based on Meguigans ratio. 3) The students showed gains in critical thinking abilities’ from before learning at the .05 level of significance. 4) The students indicated gains in learning achievement from learning at the .05 level of significance. 5) The students’ satisfaction with the Webquest was at a high level.
