บทคัดย่อ (TH) : 

ศาลทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาและการค้าระหว่างประเทศกลางเป็นศาลชำนัญพิเศษ มีอำนาจในการพิจารณาคดีด้านทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา และการค้าระหว่างประเทศ ทั่วราชอาณาจักร จึงจำเป็นที่จะต้องมีผู้พิพากษาที่มีความรู้ความชำนาญในแขนงต่าง ๆ เฉพาะด้าน อีกทั้งจะต้องมีเครื่องมืออุปกรณ์ที่จะอำนวยความสะดวกให้กับประชาชน ผู้ซึ่งมาใช้บริการให้สะดวก รวดเร็ว และทั่วถึง เครื่องมือดังกล่าวนี้ได้แก่เครื่องมือทางด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ การปรับปรุงการทำงานของผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยอาศัยเครื่องมือที่มีประสิทธิภาพ อันจะเป็นการปรับปรุงไปสู่อิเลคทรอนิกส์ ซึ่งจะทำให้การบริการประชาชนเป็นไปดังเป้าประสงค์ที่ได้วางไว้อย่างครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์

Abstract : 

Intellectual property and international trade court is a specialized court. which authorizes in the field of intellectual property and International trade throughout the Kingdom. It is, therefore, necessary to have judges with expertise in various specializations as well as a device to facilitate the people who use the service quickly and thoroughly. Such tool is an information technology. Improving the work of those involved by using powerful tools will update to the e-Court which makes the public services accomplished completely according to the required goals.
