บทคัดย่อ (TH) : 

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมต้นแบบในการหาเส้นทางในการแก้ไขปัญหาของผู้เข้ารับบริการในโรงพยาบาลสุธาเวช 2) เพื่อประเมินคุณภาพของระบบค้นหาเส้นทาง 3) เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพที่มีต่อระบบค้นหาเส้นทาง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ครั้งนี้ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลการให้บริการโรงพยาบาลสุธาเวช ระบบค้นหาเส้นทางภายในอาคาร แบบประเมินคุณภาพจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ แบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบค้นหาเส้นทางภายในอาคาร กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือกลุ่มผู้ใช้บริการโรงพยาบาลสุธาเวช จำนวน 30 คนโดยวิธีการคัดเลือกโดยใช้เทคนิคสุ่มแบบบังเอิญ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การให้บริการด้านข้อมูลนำทางของโรงพยาบาลไปยังตำแหน่งต่างๆไม่เพียงพอกับความต้องการของผู้ที่เข้ารับบริการ สัญลักษณ์หรือป้ายบอกสถานที่ในโรงพยาบาลยังขาดความละเอียดและชัดเจน ซึ่งการให้ข้อมูลเส้นทางภายในอาคารจากเจ้าหน้าที่อาจไม่เพียงพอ 2) ได้พัฒนาโดยใช้ต้นแบบของระบบใหม่ ตามกรอบแนวคิดในการออกแบบและสร้างต้นแบบจากใช้หลักการออกแบบการปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างมนุษย์และคอมพิวเตอร์แบ่งเป็น 2 ส่วน ได้แก่ เทคโนโลยีและการออกแบบ 3) ผลการประเมินคุณภาพของโปรแกรมค้นหาเส้นทางภายในอาคารจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 คน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 4) ผลประเมินประสิทธิภาพของโปรแกรมค้นหาเส้นทางภายในอาคาร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านทั้งสามด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่คะแนนเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านการใช้งานบนมือถือ

Abstract : 

This study was conducted with 3 aims to 1) analyze the problems service providers of the Suddhavej Hospital and develop a prototype of the Indoor Way Finding System 3) affirm the quality of the Indoor Way finding System 4) evaluate the participant’s efficiency of the Indoor Way Finding System. The research tools used in this study comprised 1) Suddhavej Hospital Service Information 2) Indoor Way finding System Using Near Field Communication Technology for Android Smartphone device 3) an evaluation form to affirm the quality of system 4) evaluation form to affirm the quality of system was 30 persons of Suddhavej Hospital.This reseach used Accidental Sampling.
The research found that 1) The provision of the Suddhavej Hospital information services to navigate to locations is not sufficient. And the signs of places in hospitals are lacking in resolution and clarity. The indoor wayfinding information from staff may not be sufficient. as limited of staff. And to serve the service as well. 2) Developed using a prototype of a new system. The theory of human-computer interaction is two parts: technology and design. 3) Uses rated at the good level by expert for the quality of the Indoor Way finding System. 4) The participant rated their efficiency with the high score.
