บทคัดย่อ (TH) : 

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานสำหรับการพัฒนาเอกสารประกอบการเรียน รายวิชาเพิ่มเติม ส33203 กฎหมายที่ประชาชนควรรู้ สาระหน้าที่พลเมือง วัฒนธรรม และการดำเนินชีวิตในสังคม โดยใช้การสอนแบบวัฏจักรการเรียนรู้ 7 ขั้น เพื่อส่งเสริมความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์ ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 2) พัฒนาเอกสารประกอบการเรียน รายวิชาเพิ่มเติม ส33203 กฎหมายที่ประชาชนควรรู้ สาระหน้าที่พลเมือง วัฒนธรรม และการดำเนินชีวิตในสังคม โดยใช้การสอนแบบวัฏจักรการเรียนรู้ 7 ขั้น เพื่อส่งเสริมความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์ ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 3) ศึกษาผลการทดลองใช้เอกสารประกอบการเรียนที่พัฒนาขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6/5 โรงเรียนชุมพวงศึกษา อำเภอชุมพวง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 31 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 38 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม (Cluster Random Sampling) ซึ่งมีการจัดห้องเรียนแบบคละกัน ระหว่างนักเรียนเก่ง ปานกลาง และอ่อน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ 1) เอกสารประกอบการเรียนที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น 2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน 3) แบบทดสอบวัดความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ สถิติพื้นฐาน ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ t-test (Dependent Samples)
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ข้อมูลพื้นฐาน พบว่า นโยบาย จุดหมายการจัดการศึกษาจากหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2551 แผนพัฒนาการศึกษาแห่งชาติ หลักสูตรสถานศึกษา โรงเรียนชุมพวงศึกษา พบว่า สภาพที่คาดหวังในการจัดการเรียนรู้ มุ่งสู่การส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนมีทักษะของผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 มีทักษะการคิด ทักษะการใช้เทคโนโลยี ทักษะการใช้ชีวิต เน้นการส่งเสริมความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์ เพื่อให้นักเรียนมีความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์ สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันได้ โดยการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ให้เหมาะสม และมีสื่อประกอบการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เหมาะสมที่มีประสิทธิภาพ 2) เอกสารประกอบการเรียน รายวิชาเพิ่มเติม ส33203 กฎหมายที่ประชาชนควรรู้ สาระหน้าที่พลเมือง วัฒนธรรม และการดำเนินชีวิตในสังคม โดยใช้การสอนแบบวัฏจักรการเรียนรู้ 7 ขั้น เพื่อส่งเสริมความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์ ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 พบว่า มีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 83.67/83.50 3) ผลการทดลองใช้ เอกสารประกอบการเรียนที่พัฒนาขึ้น พบว่า ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์ของนักเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4) นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อเอกสารประกอบการเรียนที่พัฒนาขึ้น พบว่า มีความพึงพอใจ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

Abstract : 

The major aim of the research was 1) to study primary data for developing supplementary books on “Common Laws” (S. 33203) of the civil duty, culture and social living contents through 7-Step-Learning Cycle for improving analytical thinking skills of 12th grade students, 2 to develop the supplementary books “Common Laws” (S. 33203) of the civil duty, culture and social living contents through 7-step-Learning Cycle for improving analytical thinking skills of the 12th grade students, and 3) to assess the supplementary books. The samples were thirty eight 12th grade students of in the first semester of 2017 at Chumuangsueksa School, Chumpuang District, Nakhonratchasima Province under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 31. They were selected by cluster random sampling from the class of high-moderate-low achievement students. The instrument was supplementary books, an achievement test, and an analytical-thinking assessment test The statistics used were mean, standard deviation, and t-test (Dependent Samples).
1) The study showed that the primary data consisted of policies, goal of the core basic curriculum
of 2008, the National Education Development Plan, and a school curriculum of Chumuangsueksa School consisting of learning expectations, learning skills of the 21st century learners, thinking skills, technology skills, life skills, analytical skills for improving analytical skills of learners and using the skills appropriately in their daily life through appropriate learning activity management and efficient and appropriate supplementary teaching materials. 2) The supplementary books on “Common Laws” (S. 33203) of the civil duty, culture and social living contents were designed based on the 7-step-Learning Cycle for improving analytical thinking skills of the 12th grade students. The efficiency value of the supplementary books on “Common Laws” (S. 33203) was 83.67/83.50%. The average post-test achievement score of the students was higher than that of pretest score at the .01 level of the statistical significance. 3) Additionally, the average analytical thinking skill of the students after using the supplementary books was higher than before using the supplementary books at the .01 level of the statistical significance. Lastly, 4) the overall satisfaction of the students with the books was at the highest level.
