บทคัดย่อ (TH) : 

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาระบบเอ็มคอมเมิร์ชผ่านระบบปฏิบัติการแอนดรอยด์
2) ประเมินคุณภาพของระบบเอ็มคอมเมิร์ชผ่านระบบปฏิบัติการแอนดรอยด์ 3) หาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ระบบเอ็มคอมเมิร์ชผ่านระบบปฏิบัติการแอนดรอยด์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ประชาชนในเขตชุมชนตำบลแก่งเลิงจาน อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดมหาสารคาม จำนวน 99 คน กำหนดจำนวนด้วย ตารางทาโร่ยามาเน่ ที่ค่าผิดพลาด ± 10เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ระบบเอ็มคอมเมิร์ชผ่านระบบปฏิบัติการแอนดรอยด์ แบบประเมินคุณภาพระบบเอ็มคอมเมิร์ชผ่านระบบปฏิบัติการแอนดรอยด์ และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจผู้ใช้ระบบเอ็มคอมเมิร์ช ผ่านระบบปฏิบัติการแอนดรอยด์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ ผลการพัฒนาระบบอีคอมเมิร์ชผ่านระบบปฏิบัติการแอนดรอยด์แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วน ได้แก่ส่วนที่เป็น Web Application ซึ่งเป็นส่วน อบต. และส่วนที่ 2 ที่เป็น Mobile Application ที่ใช้งานบนมือถือระบบปฏิบัติการ Android เป็นส่วนใช้งานสำหรับลูกค้า ผลการประเมินคุณภาพของระบบเอ็มคอมเมิร์ชผ่านระบบปฏิบัติการแอนดรอยด์ โดยรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และผลการหาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ระบบเอ็มคอมเมิร์ชผ่านระบบปฏิบัติการแอนดรอยด์ โดยรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

Abstract : 

The purposes of the research were to 1) to develop an EM-commerce system through Android operating system 2) evaluate the system and 3) survey the satisfaction of the users with the operating system. The samples were ninety nine people in Kaeng Lerngjarn sub-district, Mueang District, Maha Sarakham province. Taro Yamane table was used to calculate the sample size. The instrument was two sets of questionnaires and an assessment form. The statistics used were mean and standard deviation.
Results of the research were as The Android operating system was composed of two parts: 1) web application of the sub-district administrative organization and 2) mobile application through Android operating system of the users. Regarding the quality of the online operating system, the findings showed that the average quality of the operating system was at the highest level. Finally, the overall satisfaction of the users with the operating system was at the highest level.
