บทคัดย่อ (TH) : 

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้โดยใช้สถานการณ์ปัญหาเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนด้วยเทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์และการสื่อสาร 2) พัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนรู้โดยใช้สถานการณ์ปัญหาเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชน 3) ศึกษาผลการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้โดยใช้สถานการณ์ปัญหา และ 4) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อกิจกรรมการให้บริการวิชาการด้วยเทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์และการสื่อสาร กลุ่มเป้าหมาย มี 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มที่ 1 นักศึกษา ระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์และการสื่อสาร จำนวน 30 คน และกลุ่มที่ 2 นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ในโรงเรียนเครือข่าย จำนวน 2 โรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แบบสอบถามประเมินคุณภาพกิจกรรม 2) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษา 3) แบบทดสอบวัดความรู้ และ 4) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของครู
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ผลการพัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่พัฒนาขึ้น ประกอบของกิจกรรม มี 3 ส่วน คือ สื่อและแหล่งเรียนรู้ กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้และบริการวิชาการสู่ชุมชน และเป้าหมายกิจกรรม โดยความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีต่อกิจกรรมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) นักศึกษามีความรู้ความเข้าใจเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และมีความพึงใจต่อการใช้กิจกรรมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ 3) นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการให้บริการวิชาการอยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract : 

This research aimed to 1) study needs for learning activities using the issue for community development with computer technology and communication, 2) develop learning activities using the issue for community development, 3) study implementation results of learning activities using the issue for community development, and 4) study satisfaction with using the activities of academic services. The sample consisted of 2 groups. The first group of 30 bachelor students and the second group of grade 12 students 2 network schools. The tools used in this study were: 1) the questionnaire about quality evaluation of the integrated educational model, 2) the questionnaire about student’s satisfaction, 3) the knowledge and understanding test and 4) the satisfaction questionnaire of grade 12 students
The research results were: 1) the developed learning activities consisted of 3 steps: media and learning resources, learning activities and service to the community and activity objective. 2) the students showed gains in knowledge and understanding from before learning at the .05 level significance and showed satisfaction at the highest level 3) grade 12 students showed satisfaction with the service at a high level.
