บทคัดย่อ (TH) : 

การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวโน้มการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมแบบมีส่วนร่วม โดยใช้เทคนิค EDFR กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 21 คน คัดเลือกเป็นกลุ่มเป้าหมายตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด แบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ โดยใช้เทคนิค EDFR รอบที่ 1 2) แบบสอบถามแนวโน้มการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมแบบมีส่วนร่วม EDFR รอบที่ 2 และ 3) แบบสอบถามแนวโน้มการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมแบบมีส่วนร่วม EDFR รอบที่ 3 สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ มัธยฐาน และผลต่างของควอไทล์ที่ 1 และ 3
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า แนวโน้มการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมแบบมีส่วนร่วม มีผลแยกตามแต่ละด้านดังนี้ 1) ปัจจัยด้านหลักการและแนวคิดในการดำเนินงานเพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมให้ประสบความสำเร็จ จัดแบ่งเป็น 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ หลักการและแนวคิดด้านวัฒนธรรม หลักการและแนวคิดด้านการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรม และตัวชี้วัดความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงาน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีฉันทามติร่วมกันในทุก ๆ ด้าน ในระดับมาก โดยที่ค่ามัธยฐานมีค่า 5 และผลต่างระหว่างควอไทล์ที่ 3 และ 1 อยู่ระหว่าง 0-1 2) องค์ประกอบการบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมในชุมชน ให้ประสบความสำเร็จ จัดแบ่งเป็นแต่ละด้าน ได้แก่ องค์ประกอบการบริหารจัดการ ประกอบไปด้วย โครงสร้าง กลยุทธ์ ระบบและการจัดการ และทีมงาน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีฉันทามติร่วมกันในทุก ๆ ด้าน ในระดับมาก โดยที่ค่ามัธยฐานมีค่า 5 และผลต่างระหว่างควอไทล์ที่ 3 และ 1 อยู่ระหว่าง 0-1 และ 3) แนวทางการนำ/ประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรม จัดแบ่งเป็นแต่ละด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการนำเสนอสารสนเทศผ่านสื่อในรูปแบบต่าง ๆ ด้านขอบข่ายของการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ด้านลักษณะของสื่อที่นำเสนอ และด้านการจัดทำฐานข้อมูลนักท่องเที่ยว ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีฉันทามติร่วมกันในทุก ๆ ด้าน ในระดับมาก โดยที่ค่ามัธยฐานมีค่า 5 และผลต่างระหว่างควอไทล์ที่ 3 และ 1 อยู่ระหว่าง 0-1

Abstract : 

The major aim of the research was to study on the trends of the application on information technology for participation cultural tourism promotion using EDFR Technique. The target population was twenty one experts , those were selected by the purposive random sampling technique. The instrument for the first interview step of EDFR technic was an interview form , two sets of questionnaire in the second and third steps were used for study the trends of the application on of information technology for participationory cultural tourism promotion . The statistics used -were median and the difference between quartile 1 and 3
The research findings showed that the trends on application of information technology for participate on of cultural tourism promotion considered in 3 aspects. Those were 1) The principles and concepts of successful cultural tourism promotion focusing on three major areas: the principles and concepts of culture, the principles and concepts of cultural tourism and the indicators of the success. The consensus of the experts toward the application of information technology for participatory cultural tourism promotion in every aspects was at high level and the median score was at 5, the different values of the quartile 1 and 3 was0-1. 2) The components of the successful in cultural tourism management consisted of management of structure, strategies, system and management, and team work. The consensus of the experts toward successful cultural tourism management was at a high level with median score at 5, the different values of the quartile 1 and 3 was 0-1.
3) the findings indicated that the strategies on the application of information technology for the promotion of participation cultural tourism were consisted of the presenting of cultural tourism information through variety kind of media ,the type of digital technology network, characters of media presentation and the database for tourists. The consensus of the experts in every aspects toward the application of information technology for the promotion on participation cultural tourism was at high level with median score at 5, and the different values of the quartile 1 and 3 were 0-1
