บทคัดย่อ (TH) : 

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาแนวทางการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการสู่การบริการวิชาการชุมชนโดยใช้หลักการคอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้น 2) ศึกษาผลการทดลองใช้แนวทางการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการสู่การบริการวิชาการชุมชนโดยใช้หลักการคอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้น 3) เพื่อศึกษาผลการยอมรับแนวทางการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการสู่การบริการวิชาการชุมชนโดยใช้หลักการคอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบประเมินการปฏิบัติกิจกรรม และ แบบสอบถามการยอมรับและนำไปใช้แนวทางการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการสู่การบริการวิชาการชุมชนโดยใช้หลักการคอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้น สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ผลการศึกษาแนวทางการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการสู่การบริการวิชาการชุมชนโดยใช้หลักการคอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้น ผู้วิจัยได้ออกแบบกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการโดยใช้แนวคิดหลักสูตร Intel Easy Steps คือ การสืบค้นข้อมูลจาก Internet ใช้กระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ (S) การคำนวณระยะทางด้วย Excel ใช้หลักการทางคณิตศาสตร์ (M) การออกแบบโบรชัวร์ ใช้กระบวนการออกแบบทางวิศวกรรม (E) และการนำเสนอผลงานใช้เทคโนโลยีในการนำเสนอ (T) 2) ผลการทดลองใช้แนวทางการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการสู่การบริการวิชาการชุมชนโดยใช้หลักการคอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้น โดยผู้เรียนสามารถปฏิบัติกิจกรรมได้เฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ 3) ผลการยอมรับและนำไปใช้แนวทางการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการสู่การบริการวิชาการชุมชนโดยใช้หลักการคอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้น นำไปขยายผลเผยแพร่อบรมครู 12 รุ่น จำนวน 539 คน อบรมให้กับชุมชน 2 รุ่น จำนวน 79 คน และนำไปจัดกิจกรรมการเตรียมความพร้อมนักศึกษาคณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ 5 รุ่น จำนวน 296 คน หลักจากนั้นได้จัดสัมมนาเพื่อสะท้อนผลการยอมรับและนำไปใช้ของกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการ พบว่า การยอมรับและนำไปใช้แนวทางการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการสู่การบริการวิชาการชุมชนโดยใช้หลักการคอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้น โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract : 

The purposes of the research were to study and develop method of managing integrated learning activities for academic services to people in communities by applying the principles of fundamental computer, to assess the results of implementing the method of managing integrated learning activities for academic services in communities, and to find the acceptance of implementing the method of managing integrated learning activities for academic services in communities by applying the principles of fundamental computer. The instrument was an assessment form and a questionnaire. The statistics used were mean and standard deviation.
The research findings showed that the integrated learning activities were designed by applying the principles of Intel Easy Steps. The learning steps consisted of internet information retrieval (Internet), scientific method application (S), excel distance calculation (E), mathematical principle application (M), engineering brochure design (E), and technology application for presentation (T). The average result of implementing the method of managing integrated learning activities for academic services to people in communities by applying the principles of fundamental computer was at the highest level. The acceptance and the method of managing integrated learning activities for academic services in communities by applying the principles of fundamental computer were implemented to five hundred and thirty nine teachers (twelve groups) , seventy nine people in communities (two groups) and two hundred and ninety six students of the Faculty of Information Technology, Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University (five groups). The seminar was organized for the feedback of the participants, and the overall acceptance among the participants of implementing the method of managing integrated learning activities for academic services to people in communities by applying the principles of fundamental computer was at a high level.
