บทคัดย่อ (TH) : 

การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพของการตรวจสอบระบบเครือข่าย ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม 2) พัฒนาระบบตรวจสอบและจัดการเครือข่าย มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม และ 3) ศึกษาการยอมรับระบบตรวจสอบและจัดการเครือข่าย มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ อาจารย์และเจ้าหน้าที่ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม จำนวน 25 คน ตามคำสั่งเลขที่ 2750/2556 ลงวันที่ 18 เดือน กันยายน 2556 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แบบสอบถามสภาพของการตรวจสอบระบบเครือข่ายของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม 2) ระบบตรวจสอบและจัดการเครือข่าย มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม
3) แบบสอบถามต่อความเหมาะสมขององค์ประกอบระบบ และระบบตรวจสอบและจัดการเครือข่าย มหาวิทยาลัย
ราชภัฏมหาสารคาม 4) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อระบบตรวจสอบและจัดการเครือข่าย มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม และ 5) แบบสอบถามการยอมรับระบบตรวจสอบและจัดการเครือข่าย มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม สถิติที่ใช้ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรที่มีต่อสภาพ และแนวทางการดำเนินงานการบริหารจัดการเครือข่าย มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม โดยเฉลี่ยอยู่ระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านสภาพทั่วไป อยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านการตรวจสอบระบบเครือข่าย อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และด้านแนวทางการบริหารจัดการระบบตรวจสอบเครือข่าย อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) ผลการพัฒนาระบบตรวจสอบและจัดการเครือข่าย มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม พบว่า 2.1) สถาปัตยกรรมของระบบจะมีโครงสร้างโดยข้อมูลของอุปกรณ์ WIFI ที่ติดตั้งตามจุดต่าง ๆ ทั่วมหาวิทยาลัย จะจัดเก็บที่ฐานข้อมูลของระบบ CACTI ผ่านระบบโพลโตคอล SNMP 2.2) องค์ประกอบของแอพพลิเคชั่น ประกอบไปด้วย 6 ฟังก์ชั่น ได้แก่ การแจ้งซ่อม WIFI การรายงานการใช้หน่วยความจำ การรายงานข้อมูลรูปแบบกราฟ การรายงานอัตราการรับส่งข้อมูล และการรายงานข้อมูลผู้ใช้งานที่เชื่อมต่อ 2.3) สถาปัตยกรรม และองค์ประกอบของแอพพลิเคชั่น มีความเหมาะสมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2.4) แอพพลิเคชั่นที่พัฒนา สามารถโหลดได้จาก Play Store และจาก APP Store ภายใต้ชื่อว่า RMUnetmonitor 2.5) แอพพลิเคชั่นมีความเหมาะสมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2.6) ผลการทดลองใช้แอพพลิเคชั่น พบว่า คุณภาพของแอพพลิเคชั่น โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และความพึงพอใจของกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่มีต่อแอพพลิเคชั่น โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ 3) ผลการศึกษาการยอมรับ พบว่า ความคิดเห็นในการยอมรับที่มีต่อแอพพลิเคชั่น โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract : 

The purposes of the research were to 1) investigate the current conditions of a system monitoring and network management of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University, 2) to develop the system for monitoring and network management and 3) to conduct a survey for the acceptance of the system for monitoring and network management. The target population was 25 lecturers and officers of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University who were appointed officially by the university president on 18 September 2013. The instrument was three sets of questionnaires for monitoring a system and network management, appropriateness of the system and satisfaction

with the system and an assessment form of quality of the system. The statistics used were mea and standard deviation.
The research findings showed that the overall opinion of the respondents toward the conditions and strategies for monitoring the system and network management was at a high level. The high rated item of the monitoring system was general condition and the moderate rated item of the management was the monitoring system of network management. Consequently, the system for monitoring network management of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University was developed and installed with WIFI equipment for database by using CACTI system through SNNP system in many points of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University. The application consisted of six functions: maintenance report, WIFI report, memory report, graph-designed report, message-sending report, report of users. The findings indicated that the average opinion of the respondents toward the appropriateness of the architecture and components of the application was at the highest level. The application was loaded from Play Store of APP Store named RMUnetmonitor. The findings revealed that the average opinion of the respondents toward the appropriateness and the quality of the application was at the highest. Additionally, the overall satisfaction of the target users with the application was at the highest level. Finally, the findings showed that the average opinion of the respondents toward the acceptance of the application was at a high level.
