บทคัดย่อ (TH) : 

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สังเคราะห์รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนสีเขียวแบบมีส่วนร่วมโดยใช้หลักการ CSR 2) ประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนสีเขียวแบบมีส่วนร่วมโดยใช้หลักการ CSR กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 9 คนประกอบด้วยศึกษานิเทศก์ จำนวน 3 คน ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนหรือครู จำนวน 3 คน และนักวิชาการ จำนวน 3 คน โดยเป็นผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาเอกในสาขาด้านการศึกษาเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนสีเขียวแบบมีส่วนร่วมโดยใช้หลักการ CSR สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนสีเขียวแบบมีส่วนร่วมโดยใช้หลักการ CSR ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) นโยบาย/กรอบยุทธศาสตร์ 2) กรอบการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนสีเขียว 3) หลักการ ทฤษฎี 4) ผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินการและ 5) ตัวชี้วัดความสำเร็จ
2. ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนสีเขียวแบบมีส่วนร่วมโดยใช้หลักการ CSR พบว่า ความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.82, S.D.= 0.38) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

Abstract : 

The purpose of this research were 1) to synthesize green school participatory administration Model using CSR principle sand 2) to assess the suitability of green school participatory administration model using CSR principles. The sample of this study was 9 experts, consisting of 3 supervisors, 3 school directors or teachers, and 3 scholars. They graduated with doctoral degree program in education. The research instrument was the assessment scale for green school participatory administration Model using CSR principles. Data were analyzed by using statistics including mean and standard deviation.
The results of this study indicated as follows : 1. Green school participatory administration Model using CSR principles consisted of five elements, namely 1) policy / strategic framework, 2) green school administration framework, 3) principles and theories, 4) involving people, and 5) key performance indicators and 2. The results of assessment the suitability of green school participatory administration Model using CSR principles showed that overall model fit was at the highest level ( = 4.82, S.D.= 0.38); when individual aspects were considered, all aspects had the highest level of model fit.
